Rolando Orellana has been working with us as an Installation Technician since May 2012. Since coming on board with Millennium Alarm Systems, Inc, he has always been very professional and courteous. Rolando approaches every installation with the purpose of delivering a well installed and superior security system and educating our customers on how to use their system correctly and efficiently. As a installation technician Rolando’s day sometimes consists of last minute changes, such as driving from one side of town to the opposite side of town to service our customers. However, Rolando always has a smile on his face and makes sure he provides excellent customer service. We are very happy to have him on our hardworking team.
